This is one that I wanted to to do for a long time.
To get this glorious guitar tone I use the TC Electronic Plethora X5 after my drive pedals.
The Plethora X5 is a Multi-effects Pedal with 5 Simultaneous FX and many more cool features.
For this tone I use 2 Octavers, Chorus (Very light), Reverb and Delay (Both in stereo).
The result is only one guitar track that sounds like an orchestra.

The non-chordal sections where Kfir is tapping, is the best section of the 'Fugue' portion of Toccata & Fugue in D Minor I've ever heard. Though the guitar will never match the horsepower of an epically large organ for hammering both the Toccata, and the closing of the song – this just kills the organ for clarity. This piece on Kfir's guitar does a better job of showing the brilliance of the writing of Bach throughout the song – than any version I've heard – and I'm an expert.
