I bought my Catalyst off the store shelf without even trying it because I liked my Line6 Spider III so much. Needless to say, the Catalyst is a big upgrade and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
Why didn't you just create an Android/iOS app for changing parameters on the go? Unlike the Marshall Code range, the catalyst has made itself confusing and very hard for tweaking… 2 suggestions – 1) make a dedicated android/iOS, Bluetooth connecting app like Marshall code for easy tweaking
2) redesign the amp for easier to reach buttons and Display panel for navigating through the presets
How do I get the footswitch to engage boost ,?
Finally I found the info that nobody talked about yet wich is that it is possible to activate Boost AND Delay at the same time using the footswitch – might actually get one pretty soon
Yo compré un catalyst 60 y es la peor compra que he hecho en mi vida. Quiero pensar que es mi amplificador en sí porque realmente suena bien pero se apaga al cuarto de hora. Lo he llevado al SAT de Yamaha, me han cambiado la placa me volvió a fallar, luego me cambiaron el cono y también falló en lo mismo. He cambiado los jacks por si ese fuera el problema. Y no es por el volumen por qué lo mismo falla al 30 % que al 90% y no me dan solución. No sé si a alguien le ha pasado lo mismo y encontró la solución, de ser así estaría agradecido que lo dejara en comentarios????. Deja de sonar pero no se apaga. Creo que puede ser el termistor pero aún cambiando la placa base sigue con el mismo fallo. Si alguien puede echarme un cable sería genial
Just picked this up. So far so good, but there doesn't seem to be any documentation on using the "catalyst edit" software and I'm not finding any demo videos that cover it. Is there something you can point me to?

Any help? On my 60 the modulation is locked on tremolo, I cannot change to say chorus on the physical amp.

Need a midi switcher for the 60. It's USB over midi. Is catalyst FBV3 compatible? Every demo I've seen is basically "oh yeah midi too anyway back to the demo"
