I'm not at all impressed with the support offered by Line 6. The way the manual says I should perform a factory reset on my Helix LT is wrong. I figured it out, but couldn't find the correct way on any Line 6 website. For in item that is so expensive, I would have expected a better service. Not impressed at all.
If it had the scribble strips like the "Big" Helix I'd be all over this. I think I'd miss the labels on the buttons, super convenient.

How would I switch seamlessly without lag between a high metal gain tone to a soft clean Eric Clapton tone for example? I find when switching between presets, there is a half a second delay between presets. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It is normal that if i use Helix LT like USB interface, and i want to play with backing track from YT, i have to turn down backing track volume to 1/3-1/4 because my guitar from Helix is very quiet? Is any way to fix it? How can i make my guitar louder?

Would anyone pick the headrush over the helix? I'm debating it, because the headrush is a lot more user friendly, but I don't like the reverbs or lack thereof.

The sound quality that I could get by using the built in interface is the same (or even better) as the sound quality that I could get using an external audio interface (like the scarlett 2i2) ?
