  • Always play clean…tq Tomo….i want to listen to the tone and texture of the guitar…not some effect.

  • Tomo, I've seen a couple of "shorts" videos that have confused me. One showed an E-form scale (also referred to as a Form-2 by some) starting on fret 8 of the low E-string and identified it as a C- major scale. Then I saw another short video showing a G-form scale (form-1), starting at the same location (fret 8 on low E string) and it was identified as a minor scale. I thought the only difference between major and minor was the note you start and end on and is not dependent on the scale form used. Could you please enlighten me a bit on this subject?

  • Appreciate the frequent reminders to practice triads. Its really opened up a breakthrough for me recently in moving away from scale shapes and opening up the fretboard. I've been preaching their benefits to anyone who will listen!
