bucks was cool pretty staight forward, but good . samuri had a great heavy mix
of bass an drums ,, guitar part not very memorable. mick Taylors too cliche for me, but I could see some kids bang'n their head to. Pauls the best by far.

I enjoy all of these but I think you are missing a lot of the speed component. These all feel way less frantic than I am used to.

About the microtonal stuff. A mate of mine is heavily into king gizzard and the lizard wizzard who make a lot of microtonal metal. Check it out if you're into that.

None were great or bad either.
Everyone else was cool but kind of tongue-in-cheek, but Paul’s was legit. Instead of “Dream Theatre” or whatever, you could go with “Nightmare Refrigerator”, or some kind of brain meme attached to a heavy appliance.
As far as riffs and construction or well orchestration I think Paul Davis was the best but cris buck was pretty dang good to and that solo yeah but they all was very good especially not being metal players
