???? ABOUT THIS VIDEO:
In today’s video, I’m going to break down my guitar tone, and show you why I use what I use.
Tone is important, because it can fill space when you solo, so you can sound awesome, even when you’re only playing one note at a time.
Having the right tone can make your string bends sound amazing… I’ll explain in the video.

Hey Steve, is your rhythm tone different to your lead tone? I’m having a challenge I have great rhythm tone, but when having to go into lead, there isn’t enough gain… getting frustrated when I boost up over my rhythm guitarist there isn’t enough gain to hold notes. Wondering if you change tones from rhythm to lead not just boost
all you need is distortion, tube screamer delay and reverb
Reverb n delay ,Feels n sounds like 10 15,000 in the seats, tht kinda room .
Thanks Steve, I've been wondering how you get your unique sound.
I agree completely Steve…I use a few extra pedals but, not so many that it corrupts the voice of my guitar(s).
Cool video, myself I like the reverb with a tremolo peddle and a Cry Baby. my main guitar is a Ibanez Artcore and the amp in a Fender Frontman 212.I was told that too many peddles ruin the signal of the guitar.
Sounds perfect!
Great vids man, love your stuff
You are a great teacher. I think your best quality is that you are humble and accept that not everything is absolute. I love to watch your sessions on YouTube. Keep up with the lessons. I'm sure it helps so many people.
thanks for the insight steve!
Nice explanation.
The hands of the player!!! Tone is on the hands!!
Thank you for these lessons Steve!
