Alter Bridge’s lead singer and note-bending guitarist details the few pedals he needs for tour and how they hit his amps.
PG’s John Bohlinger hung with Alter Bridge’s two-man guitar army, Mark Tremonti and Myles Kennedy, before their sold-out show at The Orpheum Theater in Memphis. Tremonti and Kennedy showcased some beautiful signature Paul Reed Smith guitars, as well as a not-yet-released PRS signature amp.

Myles Kennedy looks more and more like Glenn Hughes as he ages. Similar to Hughes he has a powerful voice that sounds like it will never age. Also, he is a killer guitar player but doesn't get enough credit for it because his singing is just amazing therefore most people overlook his guitar chops, just like Glenn Hughes' bass playing.
A POG, I remember we had a few of them in high school back in the 80s! Most of them weren't too popular! (& for good reason! )
Myles is one of the best rock singers right now. His show with Alter Bridge and Orchestra in the Albert around 2017 was a killer.
This Band Is wonderful in Concert !
I don’t see how you can call that a simple basic peddle rig set up. A simple basic rig would having just an amp channel changer pedal, a boots pedal & a tuner pedal. So let’s keep the terms “simple & basic “ for describing the rig run down in check. ????
