I'm new to Spark (and new to playing with an amp in general) but am really enjoying the amp! Fun to mess around with the tone and try out different presets. Haven't gotten around to using the smart loop stuff yet, but looks really cool. One issue I'm having is with the search function, which I think used to be called ToneCloud. I want to search for specific tones or see other people's popular tones since I'm new to playing electric. I don't really know how to find these, so typically just play the same preset which seems like a waste given all the functionality! Also, I don't really understand how the physical knobs and digital knobs interact. If I change something on the app, will it overwrite what's set on the amp (e.g. I'm playing a preset and change gain on amp or knob, which one takes effect)? If anyone has any tips on how to find good tones, or anything about setting up the amp tone in general, please let me know. Thanks and great video
Can you plug a microphone into the amp to go busking
It's a cool idea, saves a lot of space and money over using physical pedals. But I can see them continuously milking you for more money through new pedal releases which you have to pay to unlock (such as that Jimi Hendrix pack) and at the end of the day it's all emulated and if they kill support it might just not work anymore at some point. Also, the search function seems to show results based off number of downloads by other users of that configuration. Those people might have downloaded a setup because it has a clever title, not because it's any good.

The od is the only distortion that's any good
The controller only works with the app. And allows all incoming calls. And most phones timeout is 15 to 30 mini a major issue why on earth would they make it like that.
Bought a Spark go and was running it out of my Headrush FR FR speakers and it sounded great. Didn't like fiddling with the controls on the phone screen. Bought Spark 2 and I am loving it so far.

The looper is useless unless all you do is in 4/4 and fixed numbers of bars. Want to do something in 7/8? Ain't happening… Bach and Beethoven didn't write everything in 4/4. 6/8, 3/4, forget it. And the app is just as Buggy as for the first one. I have to reboot the amp often whenever it resets. Wanna gig with it? Bad idea
I bought this stupid amp recently and unless your phone is NEWER, this app will not download or pull up on it.
I am not going to spend an extra $300.00-$1500.00 on a phone I don't need just so I can play with this damn toy!
So irritating! This amp should be uploaded at the factory with every tone available then shipped out to the customer. It's going back today!
I hate these super constrained interviews from “players” that only do high gain demos. It tells me next to nothing about the amp.

Those AI ???? tones are useless all sound muddy . But they amp is so versatile you can make your own sound so well
I have the mini and my local guitar center just stocked up im about to return mine bc its so bassy and muddy i love the idea but it sounds like trash with my prs ce and i know this guitar sounds absolutely amazing with other amps

How does the Spark 2 react/ sound with physical guitar effect pedals in front of the device?
i heard the speakers were the biggest issue…..i know these are supposed to be better but i wish they would make a premium version of these with some crazy good speakers

I own a Spark version one. I use it 'clean' and add stomp boxes for performing and it's really great.
I didn't care for this demonstration 'cuz it was almost entirely 'metal' demonstration on it.
The version 1 has too much bass that you can't really dial out unless you have a stomp box equalizer.
The blue tooth audio that I play sounds terrible on that version one.
Apparently the Version 2 has less of that bass.

I got the spark one. I had preordered it months ahead of time on a count a cause a, I suffer from G.A.S. Well, let me just put it this way. The next gen white model came out 10 days before Mine even arrived. Disappointed not, Furious? Absolutely. I had gotten my passport because I was going to make a sea assault on Brittany. I had plans to fight my way up the Thames and overland to at least the Brew House in Oxford near the castle mound. So spoke the wizard from his mountain home. The vision of his wisdom means we will never be alone. And As such I became embroiled in more important things. Chasing women, stealing gold and other finer things.
Lots of forehead leaning into the laser focused authorial ether. Umm do you know stairway to heaven?
How does spark 2 compare to Hotone Pulze?
At the moment I have a spark 1 and a Yamaha thr 10 ii.
The heavy distortion in the spark is so bad compared to the thr that I don't want go for this again. Also liked some deep delay in in hotone review so can't decide where to go next.
