  • That's funny, if you plug a twin reverb amp emulator pedal in front of a Marshall 1959 it will sound as a 1959.

  • Struggling to see the point of this demo, you’re playing Marshall pedals through a Marshall amp worth thousands of pounds. Why not play them through some different amps that normal people are likely to own? So we can see if they do indeed give that Marshall sound even through a non-Marshall amp ????‍♂️

  • What use is this demo? The Marshall pedal into the Marshall amp sounds like a Marshall, amazing. Surely we needed to hear it into a clean Fender amp or similar. Please demo these into something else when the Marhsall guy has f*cked off.

  • I have a jvm50 and a dsl 40. The dsl is the favourite for sure. Master vol hot, channel gain fairly low and crank the channel volume.great sting dexterity

  • The real question that no one has ever asked, plugging in a marshall into a marshall but, where is the marshall guitar? did they ever make one?

  • I loved this. However, I found myself unable to differentiate after a the third pedal! I'd like to understand what a gate is in more detail. In fact, do we have a translation from technical terminology to layman's terms for each pedal?

  • I was expecting to hear the pedal and got a long boring interview of gibberish ????

  • I love you guys, a helluva lot… but you're playing through a £6,000+ guitar… :/

Put it through a PRS SE or somink us mortals can get our hands on ????

  • People making fun of this…
I disagree. It demonstrates you can have the tone of five different Marshall amps for a lot less money (and space & weight) than owning all five heads.
I can tell the tonal difference between every single one.
Yes, they could have demonstrated it on a different brand amp… but you could also make your own video doing so, so…

  • Marshall is doomed. These pedals are crap and nothing more. SMH The company had been sold again. Will not buy any new Marshall Product ever again.

  • jvm was the fullest sounding sound i have ever had, tsl dsl were all very thin. this was essential since i was the only guitarist in my band. however, it lacked tightness, maybe this couldve been fine tuned with a maxon or tubescreamer. never had that combination

  • hi dude!It would have been betterto test the pedals with a Deluxe reverb or another fender amp rather than a a marshall!!!

  • Can you use the gate on the JVM while you are using the DSL pedal??? Chaining the pedals.

  • Of course, running these Marshall pedals through a Marshall amp are gonna sound Marshally. How would these sound through a solid state 60w combo amp on the clean channel? Because that’s what I have. To be exact, a Raven RG60 I bought brand new in 2009.

  • The JVM pedal has noise gate… guess what JVM amp that has noise gate. No, not stock JVM410 but the JVM410HJS Satriani Edition

  • They all sound good? But there’s nothing notable, innovative, or new here…. Releasing 5 completely different pedals for slightly different Marshall overdrive sounds in 2025 seems like a recipe for failure to me. Compared to other stuff that’s already on the market, these are very lacking in features, are too big, and there’s just too many of them.

Plus I don’t think the vast majority of younger modern players care at all about vintage Marshalls, so these will probably only appeal to the Gen X’ers who likely have real Marshalls already. It just seems like a really niche idea that won’t have much interest.

  • I dumped amps decades ago and use the modeling built into my recording console which provides Marshall, Vox, twin reverb & more. It's quicker, cleaner, cheaper, lighter, doesnt waste my space & I dont have to lug it around.

  • So what youre saying is nothing will get you the exact amp sound besides getting the exact amp. Instead of spending money on amp modeling pedals, get an amp modeling and download then or model thek after others amps you enjoy. Save yourself a huge sum of money. None of these will be the same as an amp. Even a modeler is off. So get a modeler and get close to way more amps in one area than this expensive stuff

  • OK, but let's have part B: with a Les Paul and these pedals plugged in a Fender combo !

  • Why not run the dang pedal thru a SD Powerstage instead? Duh. The idea to sell the product is to show how hit or miss the pedal truly is.

  • Surprised Marshall didn't create a Silver Jubilee pedal…..maybe down the road…..
