  • Hi All. Thank you VERY much for all the enthusiasm and excitement that this video has created. I will try to answer the questions to the best of my ability.

  • Question: Can the headphone output and the main output to the amplifier work at the same time, or will a headphone connection block the signal of the output going to the amp? Because I'd like to use the headphones as a monitor while the sound still goes amplified. Thanks

  • Hi everyone, I have the nux mg30. And I noticed that when playing and changing presets suddenly there is a significant latency that interrupts the sound. Do you know if this problem can be solved? I tried fiddling with the scenes but I noticed that it is not possible to change amp simulation in two scenes of the same preset. Thank you!

  • I'm trying to record from the NUX MG-30 into Iphone, via Usb and lightning/camera/usb adapter (the one that can be powered at the same time) But there doesn't seem to be any app in iOS that can record the audio properly. Any advice? In voice memo the sounds chopped up, as if there was a deeep vibrato on.

  • Thanks for your demos but I am sorta confused. I tried a Headrush unit and you had to put in the effects pedals so are these already in by using the presets ? And if so like what a delay pedal are you able to tweak them ? I know I’m probably confusing but thanks.

  • I'm really interested in getting this bad boy to use it with both my bass and guitar! Now, what would be the best method to set up the Mg30 in conjunction with a sansamp for bass? any tips would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hello. For delay effects, there isn't a Sub Division knob in the editor software. Can we have it ther eas well?

  • Hello! I’m a new subscriber, and a new owner of an MG30. May I ask you which of your videos is best to get going, learn how to use it, and get familiar with the terminology? I did follow your 4 cable method vid, so I have the unit connected and ready to learn how to use it. Thanks so much!

  • Just curious! Your first video cleared up some things for me. I am considering buying this! I play a Taylor 614 (with K&K mini), and a Taylor T5 hybrid. Has anyone had experience with using this with an acoustic guitar? Can it function as a preamp for an acoustic? Is this true bypass circuitry (not that I really know what that is). I'm just looking for a clean acoustic guitar sound, enhanced with delays, reverbs, etc. Thanks!

  • I’ve got a few NUX pedals and they’re all excellent sounding and build at a low price, can’t fault them.
MG30 looks like a good unit and the app also works better than most, might buy one soon. The inclusion of the dual foot switch also a good move.

  • I really dont understand the missing DI Out. Zoom has this on their G3 and G3x. A DI out would be very useful on live scenarios.

  • Hello,I would like to ask if i have to connect to a PA system. My guitar need to go through a DI Box and then connect to the PA. Do i need to swtich on any cab sim in MG30? Or i only need to swtich the “output mode” to “studio direct” is fine?

  • Please make an mg30 vs zoom g5n ( its priced similarly and I'm really confused choosing b/w them). Love your videos ????????

  • Hi Scott! Hope all is well. I have a question, how do I listen to my PC using Windows 10 into my MG 30? I am using headphones to listen to my practice from the headphone jack of the MG 30. How can I listen to Youtube videos and listen to my playing at the same time? Thanks.

  • Scott, your series of vids on this pedal are excellent.

The similarity between this form factor and others most recently the Headrush MX5 is self evident however if l was NUX , l would adjust the core base unit to have multifunctional 5 foot switches and ditch the pedal but leaving the option to connect external expression pedals. In that design it would make an ideal desktop recording device and a more flexible live tool ?

Keep up the vids , great stuff 🙂

  • Are there any multi effects that incorporate Analog drives/distortion with digital time based effects ? All programmable. As well as Send/Returns ?
BOSS used to have them ages ago but everything seems digital now.
I know about fly rigs but I would prefer a full multi effects.Thank you for your videos and thoughts.
