Hi does anyone have any problems with a constant humming or buzzing sound coming from the back of the power supply? Not the speaker.
Bought this amp and a shecter to day for 150 bucks….the heavey channel sounds pretty good…the only thing i don't like is the settins are too hard to preset..
hey i ve had this amp for about two years now, I play from beatles to SOAD, this amp does the job, however,mine was faulty when plugging the sanpera 1, it just went crazy, even switching from one bank to another and trying to use th expression pedal was a hassle! thankfully peavey showed me how to fix it and from then on it has worked just fine, now is it loud enough ? yes it is for a medium venue,although would recomend getting a celestion speaker, good amp !

I know your comment is a year old but I hope you stayed away from the Marshall for metal. You were better off with one of these or a Line 6 😛
@person2954 depends if you want a one 12" or two 12" spkrs…both very loud..

In my 3 year experience with this amp, I've found that it sounds just as amazing at high volumes as it does on low 🙂
I read a review that said it sounds bad on high volume is that true?

Yes you can, I've used it a few times as just that. You need a special cable for it though.
can you use this amp as a speaker for your PC?

I recommend this amp personally. It sounds better in my opinion, and it has more effects =]
