Pentatonic Mastery Guitar Gym [Workout Level 1]

About This Lesson:

Our first workout session is all about nailing the 5 pentatonic shapes across the neck in a variety of keys. We also remove the focus from Shape 1, and make sure that you are starting from the other shapes, rather than just focusing all our attention on the first.

  • Says go below repeatedly in the video. I assume that the PDF of tabs has been removed then? Thanks for the good video for sure.

  • Hey, good evening! I'd like to to ask if training whilst saying the pentatonic scale degrees is a good practice, please. At the same time I feel it can help out, I worry about getting this pattern stuck on my head and leading to mistakes on other scales (or even when playing on a major or minor relative chord). What would be your advice on that, please?

  • This is my favorite channel now, this exercise should have had the shape diagram on the top to make it easier, very easy to get along lost, but excellent exercises and if you can master this then you are on your way to know guitar fretboard

  • Just found this as I know a little bit of acoustic, but saw a video saying I should learn my scales for electric guitar. Should I know anything else before trying these? Like theory or anything like that?
    Thanks
