  • Hi Joe again, sorry, I'm using Studio one 5 artist with Focusrite 2i2, I recently bought Ampite and I am trying the guitar effects, I don't really enjoy the sounds when I play guitar, I use my headphone and play/record but the sounds are totally different with real sounds I can hear when I use my GE-200 multi-effect and my Marshall amp, is it normal to hear sounds like thaty when we use audio interface? I am new with these devices, but after watching your video, I can hear guitar sound is pretty good with your settings, could you please advice me what's wrong with my settings?

  • Hi Joe, thank you for your video, very interesting indeed, may I ask this sound I can hear in your video when you play guitar, is it recorded out of your amp speakers in your room or is it what you can hear in your headphone?

  • Queation please. When I play my guitar or vocals ,I m not hearing my pluggins like reverb or guitar effect as I play live. I'm o ly able to hear it after the recording is done or I do a play back and I can turn on and off and the effect will be playing

  • I could not replicate what you have done. I'm using S1 Pro v5. Just cannot get the side by side splitter to show like you have in yours for 2 instances of Ampire. I'm defintely missing something here but I do not know what???

  • I didn't have that many Amps and Cabinets in my Studio One just one of each, how did he get those?

  • I have a Friedman Be-od pedal. When i record it into my daw with my focusrite it sounds weak and choked. Am i supposed to use an ampire "amp" and then use that with my pedal somehow? I live in an apartment style setting so i can't record with an actual amplifier.

  • Hi, I am using the Presonus Audiobox 96 with Studio One Artist 5. When I plug in my guitar directly into the audiobox i can hear my clean guitar however, when I drag Ampire over to the channel under inserts, I can hear the distorted amp AND my clean sound. What am I doing wrong?

  • studio one professional has been probably the best musical investment i’ve made, aside from my first telecaster haha

  • I am still on studio one 3 pro, how can I get the updated Ampire plugin? It seems like what I have is somewhat different from what you are using here.

  • The stereo split is awesome! Does that mean I have to create a stereo audio track? Or can I just create a mono audiotrack, use one instrument on my audio interface and the splitter creates a stereo split?

  • looked high and low for info in getting my guitar into the splitter to start with. I've seen plenty on vids on using the splitter in studio one 4. Is there a process I'm missing?? love all your videos! learned plenty!!

  • Great demo by Joe! Never thought of using the splitting tool for two amps like that, really cool. I'm hoping there will be more effects in Ampire in the future. Sweetwater and Presonus should have Joe do more videos like this.

  • Well, that's a cool name. Surprised it hasn't been taken before. Except… only five amps? Seems like an 'empire' ought to be a bit more… vast.

  • I’m all for the do smaller number of things well, but no way 4 amp models covers it. The sounds I heard were good but that’s just not enough models.
