Great Video.Thankyou????
Check out Jons great solos and sound on Sudio D’Lux ????
My favorite Guitar Player.
This man is a genius!
Wtf is this tucking the pick in the pointer finger nook while plucking? Genius.
This cat is major influence on my style…thank you Jon
Oi! I gaff taped a few pedals 20 years ago and they got goo-ey in the heat. Use paper tape!? The adhesive won’t get as leaky. Eventually the goo can melt into the pots of the pedals or into the switches after a few years. Sadly the paper tape isn’t as fierce, however.
Just saw them last night and Jon is an absolute class act. Solid playing, great personality, and amazing chops.
Saw John last night with the Dan…str8 beast …killin as always!!!!!
Met him several times. Hes super modest and a virtuoso.
Why would this guy ask if a Gibson 336 is vintage? That might be the dumbest question I’ve ever heard on this series. You can’t be asking questions like that if you work for “Premier Guitar”. Only a couple guys/ladies who work for PG are actually gear junkies.
4:47 major dude
He is the definition of badass.
Great guy. Fantastic guitar player. So down to earth & humble.
Such a nice ???? and cool genius of a musician …Jon has been associated with Steely Dan for many many years
That's it, I've rewatched this like a dozen times already. Time to build myself a tele like that.
Jon Herrington is a true guitar hero and a beautiful humble man.
The reason why his pedals and other gear look beat up, taped/locked into position, etc. is obvious – he is an astounding player, and he has been touring and recording with arguably the BEST musicians on the planet, for decades. Very Cool. Thanks to JH for sharing this expertise, and for doing what you do.
hahaha he almost said "Ernie Ballume"
He really behaves and sounds like a Walter White
