IS the neck joint very solid? What type of neck joint does it have, specifically? I heard they were all just glued on and Godin changed the design to a terrible one after 2006.
Thanks for describing how the microphone/transducer adjustment works. Reviewer completely missed a description of the flat fretboard and how well it plays like a classical guitar. I just bought a second Peppino guitar because it greatly helps me transition between playing classical guitars (50-53mm nut width) to steel string guitars for other genres.
"Cmfrtbl" ????????????
Good video btw.
Mine sounded better with Martin strings
I just played one of these at GC and they are fantastic. A little dark, but wonderful. It is difficult to put it down. I would say for that dark and rich tone, it was the best guitar in the room – including all the Martins, Taylors and Gibsons (that were not locked down).
By the way, get a good mic. You are simply trashing this thing.
Do you hear the differences between the peppino and my studio element? https://youtu.be/Qw5Ar7fHwVM
Anyone know the song he's playing at the beginning? Or is it original? Thanks.
Great review . Lovely guitar. I own two Seagull guitars and when you balance quality and the cost they can't be beat.
ohh the playing again….
