As a teacher I’m used to seeing students who have issues with their “tone”, such as thinness and lack of sustain, that are actually the result of poor technique. Good technique on a properly set up instrument, even a cheap one, can sound epic. I’m with you 100% that money is often better spent learning to play better!
I Sure do like your 6:55 playing in your videos….it seems like your instruments are intonated quite well too,maybey due to the music city tailpeices. I remember a video where Tom put one on one of your guitars. Must be a real kick in the pants to live around there and being involved in the business…..hey looking good .
