  • You should try the bigger Bugera V22, in my opinion the best affordable tube amp you can get…

  • Isn't crazy how on a tube amp, 5 watts is still too loud for an apartment but 15 watts on a solid state is too quiet

  • Dude, I wish you were right handed because watching left handed guitar playing makes my brain hurt.. Obviously this isn't your fault. My brain is easily freaked out.

  • I have the head only version of this amp. It's a nice amp but I'm selling it soon.

  • Great little amp there's one that's cheaper and it's 15 Watt to 1 Watt with 12 inch speaker with spring reverb and effects loop the monoprice 15 tube one great amp !

  • You can find an old Line 6 20w used for $25! They sound amazing, especially if you have pedals! That and an old 80’s Crate are what i’ve used to practice on for years!

  • Please let me educate to select appropriate Amp for the beginners and intermediate players if one has to choose between the Mooer SD 30 vs Boss katana 50 MK 2 vs Mooer Hornet White 15.

  • Yeah I would say I would need a 12-in speaker and a sending return to get reverb and modulation effects.

I would be tempted to go for their larger model which is also pretty cheap.

  • I bought the head only. Built my own 1×10 cab. Also had some fun plugging into a 4×12 cab. The attenuated wattage should be standard on more amps. This amp is not too different from Blackstar's 5W amp.

  • I purchased this amp, because of your counsel sometime ago.✨. Excellent amp!????????????????????

  • Prefer my original Fender Vibro Champ.
Fender has a re issue, which I feel would sound great. Perhaps do a rundown on it?

  • You should try the Vox Lil Night Train 2 watt head.

It's a killer amp and sounds as good as my Ac15 if not better.

They don't make a combo version. But I replaced my Bugera and got it and what a huge tonal upgrade.

The heads are easily acquired for $175. They have a line out too and headphone jack.

But man it does the Top boost thing almost better than the modern Ac15 does imo.

  • Yes ! I am agree. I have the same one. It's a great amp for play at home and works perfectly with effects pedals ! A very good choice !!! ????????????

  • Strange pronunciation of Bugera. I always thought that it is an Italian name, but already checked their website and it is belonging Uli Behringer's Music Tribe.

  • It would really shine with a 10" speaker.. 10 should be the minimum speaker size imo, for any tube amp.

  • Cool. I use an Ulbrick Club 20, solid as a rock and great tone! Just wish it had reverb and a gain channel. Still loud but can be switched to quarter or half power I think.

  • Agreed. I practice on a Marshall SL5 (Slash signature) 5W, switchable to 1W. But with a 12” Celestion speaker. Great for practice in an appartement.

  • Buenas, se que has probado la epiphone sg standard y la tokai sg 58, cuan piensas que interesa más, muchas gracias. ????

  • Mine gets the job done. Swapped the speaker out for a Celestion and it really made a huge difference in the sound.
