A little about me:
Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.
Born on the mean streets of upper middle class suburban Chicago, Sean learned the ways of the world through the dizzying heights of success to the lonesome depths of failure and emerged with the promise of a better tomorrow reflecting in his eyes and fiery passion in his belly.
He plays and teaches guitar on his YouTube channel where he regularly releases original music and projects to the adulation of legions of fans, who often compare him to Chris Pratt and one time Ryan Reynolds. He’s currently in the market for a nice leather jacket.

Love Sean, even though it can be hard to follow his tips as an old guy but getting there and never bored
I'm glad I stuck around for baby britain
Great Elliott smith cover
lmao that begin of the vid. fuck glorification of polygamous relationships hell yeah my man
Ok this Is why we want to play Guitar
Sounds great! Would this mic pick up too much noise or feedback if I was playing in a loud crowded bar with a monitor speaker pointed back at me?
This looks like Miami to me. Where is this?
She may be a diva but you are both good looking!
Doesn't that make a microphone a pick-up?
The beginning is hilarious! I hate the bachelor and Bachelorette shows too
WOW, that is not cheap!
let go
Isn't this the same place they are playing at that Dovydas got a cease and desist letter recently??
i love katie
katie you the best guitar in the world
Been miking and using DI guitars for years and a fishman set up blows this away and you don't have worry about it falling off, marking the guitar or accidently hitting it while strumming. I now use a Taylor guitar and frankly not a single Martin stands a chance against the warm and chimey sound of a Taylor (not sponsored)! This is just another gimmick. Watch the PRO's who run around on a stage with acoustic guitars.
Katie can sing, play, and sway! Thanks for the tunes Sean!
You both sound so good!!!! This is some of the best busking footage I have listened to/watched
I miss St. Armand’s Circle.
Reviews all say they love the mic and the sound, but the mount is flimsy and can one loose fault easily. For this price the mount should be rock solid. Maybe next iteration?
Sounds pretty good. I'm not hearing much below about 200hz. Be interesting to hear this along with a built in pickup.
To bad you speak so fast we can’t understand which mic you usex
Here's one to cover Sean. There's a part for Pascha as well. This was a big hit for Nova Scotian J.P. Cormier early in his career. Katie may want it transposed for her liking. https://youtu.be/5alLv_jVN2Q
My Epi Hummingbird doesn't have a port so this mic is peeking my curiosity gonna give it a try
Wow! I really love that mic'ed sound. The sound of the Martin D-35 now blends beautifully with the vocals.
$650 (w/tax) seems pretty steep on a buskers budget.
You Go Katie!
St. Armand’s circle, Sarasota?
Those guitar mic is dope and have a great frequency range, very natural like a acoustic natural, that is very clear and live sounding. Although its not lunch money, for those that need, its a fantastic sound its worth every penny. Of course Katie voice tonal dynamics, range, and control is improving all the time. Her guitar work is on spot and improving. Of Sean that your guitar work is as always most excellent.
Agree its a great tone…does reflect the quality of the instrument.
Katie has such a soulful beautiful voice. Really great performances!
A great performance with Katie. The mike sounds incredible!!
I thought I might get this mic for my new un-amplified Gibson J-200. $620? I think not.
High fidelity all the way around.
Guitar sounds awesome with the mic! Katie sounding amazing as always 🙂
newsflash: Adrea pays Sean a compliment ! In a reaction vid she is holding a deeri and says she has it for comfort while Sean is not there.
what was the song Katie was singing during the sound check? sounds really good!
Always informative. I’ve never loved the sound of my guitars through a DI ether. Perhaps this could be a solution. Do you think the quality of the DI makes a substantial difference in how they sound. I have the same amp and have used it as a DI into our mixer as well. Thanks.
missed opportunity to have duet'ing (or dueling) Guitars
Thanks for trying this out! Sounded way better than DI! I’ve always loathed that tin/hollow/bright sound from acoustic DI. Even with Taylor’s expression system it just isn’t the same sound as the actual acoustic. This could be a great solution!
Katie you have a spectacular voice!
You mentioned that you are using a Fishman Loudbox Artist… that has phantom power at 24V and the DPA 4099 requires 48V. Was there any issue with using the mic with a lower phantom power?
I have no comment….
Gigging with a D35 ?!? Who does that ?? Wtf moment. I have a Taylor 814, Martin DC16 and GS Mini. You can guess what gets used lived at normal gigs lol. Ps. Beautiful voice Katie. Destined for great things
When I see a busker with an over 3 grand guitar and a sound system I assume they are wealthier than me, maybe you should busk with more of a beater for that buddy can you spare a dime look.
