  • Preferences are personal taste.
    The J console is quite nice yet nothing I'd say is crucial. Karacter sounds very harsh to me. There are only 2 or 3 saturation plugins that I'll use ITB.

  • My replies keep disappearing. Maybe it's because I was trying to paste the support statement from Acustica's website.

    Anyway, not sure where you heard Acustica plugins are not supported on an M1. I own a 16" Macbook Pro M1 Max and at least 15 or more Acustica plugins.

    I use Cubase 13, ProTools, and a few other DAWs. I never had issues running them in any of them.

    Cubase 13 in particular blocks any plugin that is not native. Of the 15 or 20 I own, only 1 shows up on the block list. The other 19 or so say, "x64/arm64" under the architecture list.

    I bet if I updated that particular plugin it would find it's way off that list.

  • You should try Acustica Audio plugins.
    I love the Amek 9909. It's my favorite of the bx and Lindell channel strips.
