Cool stuff, that guitar looks and sounds awesome! I'm a boring JB guy, but I love that pickup. Every time I compare it with my other pickups it always sounds so damn good with deep mids and responds perfectly to my playing. JB through JCM 800 and that's it for me.

I got a white bridge Panama a couple weeks ago , I might be the first in Sweden to have one… ???? Got it from the Tonerider website since it's not available in Sweden yet…
Jay – the 78 and Custom are poles apart . The custom wound with AWG43 wire was the one that Seymour tried to market as an EVH pickup way back and EVH wasn't happy about being tagged in it , and yet it was supposed to be closest to the Ceramic magnet pickup he used on VH1 in the Ibanez Destroyer. The 78 on the other hand is a hot PAF with 42 gauge wire and similar to his rewind of the vintage PAF . The Tonerider seems to go after the vibe of the custom, and that is a good thing as the Duncan Custom was my favourite pickup for the longest time.
