  • The reverb on this amp is terrible. And mine needed repair not long after purchase (can't remember what was fixed). It has a great sound though, and you can get a great tone at a volume that is good for use at home. It's a one-trick pony but it does sound really good. I put white chicken head knobs on mine which is a much cooler look imo. Over all, I really like this amp and it's cheap which makes it great as a studio amp.

  • Love the 15 but this is even better. .only possibility of it being better is variable wattage…love it though

  • Don’t throw the box away if you buy one of these. Mine over heated and almost set on fire within two days.

My fender 68 deluxe reverb broke before this. Fender are cutting quality corners these days. I have a 20year old blues deluxe that is still perfect.

  • Volume at 3 o’clock? Is that the sweet spot of the amp? Doesn’t leave much room if you had to go louder. Would that cut it with a loud ass metal drummer? The loudest drummer on earth.

  • I love mine , my only complaint is that the reverb is a little hissy . Other than that it’s a really versatile and bad ass beast!

  • Hey Fender: you know what does not make sense? This: making a head out of the 15 and NOT making head for the 30 and 45. Just sayin’

  • With any amp, the most important setting is the breakthrough point where gain just starts happening. In this demo, they go from completely clean to heavy distortion.

  • so… you listen the players, right? do the damn bassman 50 head. the tuxedo's one.

  • The only things missing which could be improved upon for similar price point:
    1. Power attenuation (like the 45)
    2. Tweed lacquered finish (like the 18/30)
    3. EF86 tube
Also, if Fender did a KT66 amp I’d just melt!
