What about big Jim sullivan
Even mick jagger rates him as the best
This gave me chills ????????
Mf will twirl while playing the guitar in heels, then leave with your girl.
Im not the greatest, but the greatest say I am, has been spoken many times.
Sadly, Nobody will never every play a guitar like prince did on planet earth. Ever- book it.
Whoa, this music kinda sucks….kinda hard…Horribly hilarious.
Nasty…..
Does anyone posting actually play guitar?
I never thought that Prince was nothing more than a pop star but after hearing him at the concert for George Harrison I started to look at his playing I found out that he is quite accomplished playing many different instruments in his teen years in Minneapolis Prince is truly one of the greats along side Paul McCartney and Jimi????
I’m beyond speechless…………
NOT EVEN CLOSE
Great music not the best guitar solo
Bless you, Prince ❤❤????????
When Eric Clapton was asked in an interview – how does it feel to be the greatest guitarist of all time, He responded – "Don't ask me, you should ask Prince that!
I always thought that Prince was a great guitarist. However, in my opinion, Stevie Ray and Roy Clark were the greatest.
That's just your opinion screwball ????FKH
???????? ❤❤❤❤❤ god, I miss him so much ????????????????????????❤❤❤❤❤❤
YAWN
Purple Rain is one of the best song all time.
Mother of God this is incredible
No question at all….period. The best that has ever done it. The GOAT. After that solo that guitar should be enshrined and never touched by man again. It's time to stop all of the sensless guitar drama because ABSOLUTELY NO ONE THAT HAS EVER LIVED COULD SURVIVE A CHALLENGE AGAINT PRINCE.
Very Decent, by my monies on Jimmy Page
He Was An Amazing Talented Guitarist R.I P. See You On The Other Side
True, this is the greatest evrr!
Don’t make me laugh.
Not hardly
This solo is roughly 10 min long…a shame it cuts off so early.
WOW
One of a kind musician
My boy was a very underrated guitar player
Love prince but not one of the 1000 best solos ever
Lol you've got to be kidding.
It's sad how we often don't appreciate somebody till they're gone.
Righto.
This level of quantity and quality comes around every 100 years or so.
The intro played before the song is quite good too. Just a teaser of a very different version ????. But damn he was and is still amazing in my mind the greatest, hands down.
Yes it is a great guitar solo but far from being the greatest guitar solo
What’s this song?
☯️????⚧️
When Eric Clapton was asked, "What's it like to be the greatest guitarist in the world?" He said, "I don't know, you'll have to ask Prince".
Cap ????
By far the best all around musician, songwriter-singer-dancer and not least of all one of the guitar greats without a doubt! Michael Jackson was good at a couple of these things but not match in the all around category. Only begun to be really appreciated now….
Not even close.
Prince is what Jimi would have become if he'd lived long enough. Jimi was all raw, inspired talent. Prince was infinitely soulful but was a master craftsman of a couple dozen instruments. This is not to disrespect Hendrix' genius or his legacy. He did it first. Prince just did it better. RIP to both legends.
So he holds a lot of notes and sustain and makes it screech as loud as he can God he is really f**** great. Not
Jimmy hendrix, Bernie isley,
Nowhere near the best solo, sorry!
This doesn't even come close to being the greatest solo.
Check out Jimi Hendrix
ARE YOU EXPERIENCED
Bad to the bone
