the Nautilus bass amp – 5 string bass


Here is a demonstration of the Nautilus bass amp – Pure Tone Amps. Yiorgos Limakis is using an 5 string bass. Nature Boy of Eden Ahbez rearranged by Yiorgos Limakis. Connected to the amp is 2 1X12″ cabs and the sound is captured with no effects during master. The Nautilus is a rich sounding amplifier with fast responce and great attack that puts out 120W and give sweet, clear and punchy tones with a many features to fine tune your sound. It features dual preamp inputs for different behaviour – feel, two characters EQ/Pure and can use 6550 (originally shipped) or KT88 output valves and vary its tone and behaviour with bias adjustment. The video and sound was captured at the Ampotheke – September 2020. Sound recorded using an AKG 414XL II as a room mike and a SHURE 55 as a close mike thru a Pure Tone Amps Fabbrica preamp.
