  • i love how your 3 categories has nothing to do with budget. must be nice to not have that boundary 🙂

  • If I could buy every guitarist and bassist one pedal, it would be a tuner. Everything else expands from there.

  • Honestly for me its a tuner especially for live playing ability to mute the single and tune accurately is more important for me than any effect plus i do have the benefit of having amp with 4 band eq plus overdrive circuit built in but i do love my darkglass ultra pedals there phenomenal.

  • Man the BP1 caveman preamp sounded so good compared to everything else…
I expected the Noble to be closer to the caveman, but the caveman is just on another level.
    Love the videos !

  • This is the kind of hypothetical nonsense I spend my days thinking about. It’s great to see professionals making videos like this.

  • hi Janek, I am real beginner and I want to play bass like you. Do you think I should join your lesson now or find a teacher to learn some basic? I am not sure if I am able to understand your video? maybe too professional for me?

  • I’m honestly kind of shocked that you haven’t gotten super into the line 6 dl4 mk2. Has all the delays and reverbs of the stomp. The one button looper mode is very much like having a simple ditto looper. Can still have tap tempo with external pedal while using the one button looper. Can tweak setting’s on the fly with an expression pedal just like the stomp. It seems like the perfect pedal for you. Also for Bob because it has a mic input and I’ve seen him using the original dl4. The stomp is great as far as versatility but honestly it’s a nightmare for me to tweak on the fly in my opinion.

  • No no no… do NOT bring any Ph-3 at your gig or the funky guitarist will steal it from ya, I had one like that… I brought some cool pedals and he always found they sounded cool with his vintage telecaster, specially the PH-3 because we played some soul-funk things ????
