????Description: The Demo shop is where cosmetically defective guitars go to find new homes. Outside of a headstock repair, this is probably the most shocking defect I’ve seen in the DEMO shop – a DEEP scratch on a Les Paul Junior revealing the “burst” coat and making the scratch a different color. It is actually kind of cool – I’d like to see one of the MOD guys take on a project where they intentionally scratch the finish away to make some sort of spooky design!

So far the 330 seems like the Best Buy…and then the LP deluxe wine red demo…and then the LP Junior deluxe double cut walnut demo…
Gibson needs to drug test their workers, at least until the QC improves.

GIBSON Pricing is INSANE not even Justified is the Worst part Other Brands of Guitars in that Price range are Far better in Quality !
There is no way on God's little blue green planet that I would pay $3399 for a scratched 'new' guitar. Just face it, that along with the surface checking and finish cracks on the binding, Gibsons QC is still pants, and the company cares little for the consumer paying o.t.t for sub standard product. Shameful.
I've been reading in forums that the Flake is still happening in newer Gibsons. I would never risk getting a Muprhy Lab because of that. If I get CS again would be again a VOS. Liked that finish very much and wont have issues.

I find it curious that they refinish so many mod shop guitars in green, which can't be a great selling guitar color for them as they offer very few guitars in green as base models.

Honestly, I always thought that bursts have a case colour of amber or similar and then sprayed over with whatever, so I'm not exactly surprised by that Junior. I'm only surprised that it goes to specifically that layer and no further

How many "custom" colors are there now? 3847 or so? No 'recipe' , just oops.
Also, to re- ask: How does one obtain an authentic Firebird pickguard to fit an older model, say from '95 to '05 or so?
If you call, they deny any ever having been made, especially if you're asking for a GOTW Zebrawood version (black).
I think the Deluxe has an active distortion / preamp in it, no idea why anyone would want that though.
That thar Fools Glow LP looks like shark skin which is very cool to mine eyeballs , the Mystic Forest LP Custom is my fave of the episode , the green and gold is so loverly ! , also like both of the Sparkle Explorers , both are equally cool , and the LP Junior with scratch on upper bout looks like it has a ' Hair Lip ' , Oi !!
