  • Michael is the lead singer. But Oz is an incredible singer as well and actually sang lead for a short period of time live and absolutely killed it! Its up on Youtube.

  • Phil X is cool. A guitarist who comes from a mandolin background as his first instrument is extra cool. The mandolin can be tough, there is nothing to hide bad technique or poor picking or timing. He attributes his success in part from playing the mandolin and his dad playing traditional Greek tunes.

  • I had issues with a set of M-Audio monitors as well. I think they were the AV40s? I ended up recapping the power supply circuit and didn't have any issues after.

  • Diamond BARLT look like Mitchell MD models. Any one know who made GC's Michell Electric Guitar line?

  • I bought one of the 179 Diamond guitars and it is an absolute jem! I mean perfect! Go for it if you're holding off. You might score big like me. THANK YOU PHIL!!!!!!!

  • Its really sad when the difference between a $500 epi and a $1600 gibson is the most swapped out set of pickups in history you can get on any craigslist for $50

  • World Music Supply is just the Sight and Sound music store in Muncie, Indiana. I don't have good things to say about my experiences there. As a former local, I thought it was cool they bought Diamond several years ago but I don't think it worked out how the owner had hoped.

  • You bought your dishwasher a dishwasher for your 25th anniversary of getting a dishwasher.

  • Ross pedals were mediocre back in the '70s and '80s. I had one of the original holy grail compressors, and it was ok, but definitely not any better than a boss or dyna-comp.

  • Diamond isn’t going out, sight and sound music store is with world music supply, they own the brand, they’re moving production to Indonesia and blowing out all the old stock. I talked to them when I was there just a few weeks ago. Sight and sound music down in Muncie Indiana had a buttload of them.

For potential buyers, the set neck access is pretty ass. My reason I didn’t buy any haha

  • Whenever they made the E-II brand, I was vocal I’d never buy one. And I haven’t. Is it odd I’m okay with LTD ????????‍♂️.

  • I got a prs ce24 with 8515 pups. I feel them a little sterile, ( but the good thing is they are very clear ! you can hear all the strings. )may be because the guitar s a bright sounding one , but I prefer the sound on any Gibson hum Buckner any one fee the same feeling .¿. Any recommendation for a better warming musically pick ups for this particular model of guitar?

  • Leo Fender was always upfront about how he had to pitch $5,000 worth of Stratocaster vibrato tooling in the trash because he made a mistake with the original design. Ouch!

  • I've liked Dean guitars for years, so when you brought the closeout sale up, I looked. As a Rush fan, I thought about getting a red Barchetta, but as a Les Paul guy, and a huge Leslie West fan, I opted for the Bolero in Blue Denim.

  • Maestro is another pedal brand that was resurrected, by Gibson, and at least from what I see, doesn’t appear to be very popular.

  • Aside from the fact that the Schecter "Diamond LINE" might have created some "Brand Confusion" when searching for "Diamond GUITARS", I'm gonna offer that the main reason for Diamond Guitars failure is the scarcity of "Floyd Rose"-equipped models in their lineup. It's kind of the equivalent to Auto Manufacturers only offering an Automatic Transmission on their "High-Performance" models. Well, live and learn (or, in the case of DBZ/Diamond…just LIVE).

  • I went to the Diamond guitars website and their search engine didn't have any orientation feature.
For me, if they didn't make left-handed guitars, then they are already out of business.

  • I like Epiphone guitars because the company is owned by Gibson and they are cheaper than most Gibson guitars.

  • When I began upgrading to US made guitars I realized the deficiencies in my amps.

I just ordered a hand wired Deluxe Reverb made by Deluxe Amplification in TN.

    It’s gonna be epic!!!
