This AMP WILL BLOW YOUR MIND! Could be the best $1000-$1200 Integrated Amp you can buy. Recommended.

The Advance Paris X-i75 is an outstanding performer and an amazing value. At around $1000 – $1200.00 USD, I am not sure it has much competition. We will see. BTW, pricing seems to be all over the place.

  • I have just returned a Roksan Attessa integrated amp and cd transport both were terrible and cost £1100 uk loads of technical issues from speaker pop at turning on and off to bad hum in av mode plus the first cd transport would not read discs and a weak powerless bass less sound no tone control or loudness on an amp that really needed it I think I’m going to try one of these Advanced Paris units now it looks awesome.

  • It does look good. I have the ELAC DBR62s. Do they sound better with the AP or the ARX 100? Thanks!

  • Aren't those jumper in the wrong jacks. Should that be Pre Out – Amp In. In the video it is tying to outputs together.

  • I have compared this amp to units that are over double the price and find it incredibly musical and engaging.its main bonus is that it communicated the energy and pace of music so well. It is impossible not to have your feet tapping when listening to it.- good review!

  • Advance Paris is up and coming in the US. While, the’ve been around for over 2 decades, they are definitely getting recognized by audiophiles state side. I’ve been running the A12 Classic for a few months now and I am really impressed – driving my Klipsch LaScala AL5. I would consider this unit if I didn’t have the A12. Great review!

  • I was just looking at the guts. It's a very unique interior layout. You have what appears to be a stacked toroidal transformer – one for each channel. You also appear to have separate capacitors for each channel. So, unless I am wrong, you have a dual mono design similar to the Music Fidelity M3si for a much lower price. Each channel has its own huge aluminum heat sink. It's a lot of amp for the money.

  • The Advance Paris Line is Awesome! I am Seriously looking at the A12, For the Money and Quality Build , I really dont think there is a Value Contender at this Time!

  • The flexibility in the amount of inputs is something I’m keen to appreciate in this device and a price point that isn’t sticker shock. Thanks for giving us the tour!

  • You sure this amp will blow me out of my mind? Will it blow me out of my couch and out the window too? I live on the 10th floor of a building.

  • Seems like a nice integrated at a very good price relative to its would be competitors. Only wish more integrated amps would use red led displays vs the blue. Looks nicer to me, easier on the eyes too. Other than that, seems like a nice all in one unit.

If you listen to new age/jazz type music such as Arkenstone, give a listen to Hillary Stagg who played the electric harp, unfortunately deceased but left us enough of his artistry to enjoy. While relaxing, the tones and textures can show what a speaker and perhaps amps and dacs can or cannot do really well, or at least differently.

  • Another great one Ed! I am really impressed with so many of the Advance Paris products I’ve seen. I’d love to build a system on their products.

  • Love the T shirt. Nice review….no hyperbole….just solid discussion on your findings. Keep em coming ????

  • Why does the associated CD transport cost as much as the amp? That makes no sense. It's a CD transport… not that complicated.

  • You, Randy, and Andrew are going to make sure I have the best stuff out there. I'll let the wife know you guys are to blame for her lack of expensive vacations ????. Thanks man!

  • Ed, nice review. Awesome amp. One question, around 9 minutes you show the remote to allow choosing speakers A & B, yet the back view only show one set of left and right speakers. Where are the B speakers connecting?

  • Where did you get your fish tank screensaver from that is displayed on the tv behind you in the video ?

  • Love your reviews. One thing I noticed, and I might be wrong, I believe you can access the tone controls via the main knob on the front of the unit.

  • I wonder if Atoll is distributing in North America? It's great that we get all these excellent products from the UK and France, but it feels like a lot of the money spent to get them actually goes to various tax and dealers. It would be nice to offer more competition from local manufacturers, at the 1,000 dollar price point. No doubt a great product though.

  • Hi Mr Ed thank you for the review!!!According to my budget i end up in this amzing amp and rega brio for the pmc prodigy1.Hard to decide which one!!!

  • Arcam A15 would certainly be a competitor, as well as the Arcam SA20 that is really nice that can be had for around a grand now since it's an older model.

  • I’d be interested to hear your experience with, sonic impressions of, and under the hood review of the Outlaw RR2160MKII receiver. It is in the same $1k price class, offers even more features and respectable power ratings. I don’t own one, but would value your feedback.

  • Okay, quickly narrowing down between this and IotaVX SA40….thoughts? Oh, I have Zu DW6
