  • Damian, do you have any reverb in the mix, another pedal or in the amp? Really like the tones you are getting!

  • Love your guitar! Sick skills ???????? thanks for the upbeat message at the end too.

  • Pedal sounds pretty good. Any one interested in a pedal with more lineage, check out the Ibanez Analog Delay mini – the mini version of the classic pink delay.

  • You make it sound nice !
For me, I gotta have a 9 volt tho' ..with today's lithium batts they run all week and you can run them down and at no cost.

  • 04/30/2023: I just bought this pedal and surprised how small it is. I see your settings for the pedal, but what amp are you using, and what are all the settings on the amp? I also see you have a hollow-body Gretsch. I am assuming your toggle switch is in the center position for both pickups to be used. Is that correct? Also, are the controls on the guitar all set to max, or are you tweaking them?

  • I have that same pedal. The Tape Echo mode has some bit of modulation to it, especially with the Time turned up all the way. All these "Bezos" pedals are not bad at all. I have 6 of those lil booger on my "small pedalboard".

  • I think that’s super cool paddle I think I’ll buy one because they’re only 40 bucks like you said if they only last two years or three they’re still worth 40 bucks
By the way, Damien, you are one hell of a guitar player. I love your style. I am a finger style guitarist. I can play rockabilly and finger style. You are super cool. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

  • Your demo makes this delay pedal sound of great quality, so much so that I purchased one, but unfortunately it is noisy. See youtube example https://youtu.be/_5-nNoMphIQ . Not too good, does your pedal produce noise like my demo.

  • It should be illegal to do gear demos without displaying the bypass signal. Please give us a dry reference always first. And thank you for understanding.

    Nice playing nonetheless.
    Happy holidaze.

  • very nice demo, but I've found mine to be much noisier than the one in the video… guess it's because it's cheap, some are fine, some are faulty

  • Damian, I've had a couple delay pedals that seem to suck out all the mids as soon as I used them. Does this pedal do the same? My amps don't have a mid control, so I'm kinda at a loss.

  • I've never used a delay pedal– I've HEARD of 'em!– but if buying one would put your magic in MY fingers, I'd mortgage ye olde farm to buy one!! Great demo, loved listening to the licks and your good advice– thanks a heap and rock on!! ????????????

  • Damian, I feel like I’m back in 1958. Because I’m old, I remember hearing a lot of great rockabilly guitar players on the radio and you play just like them. Very nice sounding pedal. I’m curious if you’re using a lot of reverb in the mix.
Always a treat to hear you play. You are one talented musician.

  • Great Review of that nice pedal! One wish – it would be cool to show the sound with 100% to hear the differences between the 3 modes. I love your playing! Greetings from Bavaria Wolfgang

  • Great review boss, sounds great. I have a hotone for slapback and a t.c. electronic Flashback x4 for all my other needs, if I was without one based on your recommendation I would definitely buy it and try it!.

  • I've just been going through your first solo on here and I must be learning something from this channel 'cos I'm finding it much easier to steal your licks that I did when I first joined.

  • WoW! Damian, what a fabulous piece of electronics by Flamma's, this could be the Holy Grail I have been looking for. Thanks to you giving us a great demo – It's going straight into my basket! Just dig your 'Dice' control knobs on your Gretsch, you're just so cool! Take care my friend.

  • For 40 bucks it sounds very good. Maybe it's just my imagination, but if you didn't change the tone settings on anything, the analog seemed brighter to me. I liked the real echo setting the best. At any rate I liked the sounds and size. So, for 40$ I am going to check it out and maybe purchase it. Thank you!

  • Digging the sound of the delay pedal. I love it when you do these product demos because there's always loads of solos and ideas you do that I love to transcribe and steal, I can't get enough of it! Lol! Splendid work as always Damian!

  • Great demo, D. You could make ANYTHING Rockabilly! HEY GRETSCH GIVE DAMIAN A SIGNATURE MODEL! It should have blue flames in honor of the Blue Flame Combo!!

  • It seems pretty cool, I was hoping you might have 'pushed' or 'exaggerated' the pedal a little more to see how full on it gets compared to being used as a minimal effect.
For 40 bucks though, where were these pedals when I needed them 30 years ago?
