  • Got a 50 around 20 years ago and loved it. The digital amp stage started acting strange after around 7 years of use so I ended up selling it. Found another one about a year ago used but that one was acting funny too after plugging in to it. Ended up removing the amp chassis and now use the speaker as a cab for an all tube Egnater Rebel 20 amp head. The speakers in these things are impressive but I wish the guts of it were more durable…

  • I have a AD15VT Valvetronix, it is my goto practice amp. The different modes and the on board effects are superb. And at under £60 (on an auction site) a real bargain. The AC30 mode I particularly like, it does sound like Brian May's set up.

I have gigged it, splitting the output signal to use the effects of the Valvetronix whilst the other signal goes through my Chorus and stereo Echohead pedals to 2 un distorted amps. The mix of clean and distorted amps works well for me.

  • I have the ad50vt and I compared the ac15 tone selection with my ac15 and I was kinda blown away. They sounded the same.
    Great amps

  • I have one. Love it. As I'm sure you know, the users manual has tips explaining how the controls work for each model. Definitely worth consulting for max benefit

  • au lieu de ce filmer, et parler , et jouer comme un hystérique ce serais bien de filmer les réglages de l'ampli en gros plan,

  • This makes me miss my old AD30. Sold it for $60 3yrs ago. You just cant get those kinds of tones for less than $500 nowadays IMO.
