  • The Blackstar and the Nux are really great sounding mini amps. Totally a beginner, but looking for a small amp to simply use for practice anywhere in the house. These two are clear winners. Thanks for a great video comparison. Loved each ones input and playing.

  • I don't know it was the best but I'll take Daneletro Honeytone simply because it's below forty bucks. I don't need much from a practice amp.

  • Kid in the 1960s "I'm looking for an amp under 100$" here's a fender champ. Kid in 2024 here's a junk novelty amp lol

  • The fake facial expressions immediately made me feel this isnt trustworthy. A guy that plays that well acting like hes hearing something amazing is a huge tell. And how is that a vlind test? And why add weird drum beats over the amps we're supposed to be hearing? Very silly stuff here.

  • Loved the way my Black star Fly played and sounded. Until the power switch failed, at two years and two months since I got the amp, speaher, etc. Sweetwater and Black star both declined any assistance. " out of warranty"….
Here's the punch line: this had spent its entire life on the desk in my tiny office. Was probably switched on and off 3 or 4 times a week….clearly abusive behavior. Bonus: I now face the decision :
Give these guys even more $$, or find somebody that would buy the rest of the kit….

  • My budget is low I was thinking to go for ornage instead of blackstar
So I need your suggestion because anyways I’m going to use bias fx will it make any difference between these two?
    Thank you !

  • I have 3 honeytones! Got them all for under 10 dollars a piece in 3 colors ????

  • I have an Orange Mini and the thing they miss, maybe I've not understood well, is that Orange mini has the output for a real speaker and can also function as a mini amplifier with Orange tone. Not bad!!! This was my turning point in choosing it!????

  • You can't beat Daneletro Honey Tone for the price. It would be my choice for a kid to see if they're gonna stick with it or not. If they do then we'll invest in a big amp.

  • I have the Daneletro but I use it to blast a Harmonica through. It's great. With the right mic breaks up just the way you want it to. For Guitar however I'll take Black Star also. I'm not big on Metal music so Orange isn't high on my list for Guitar. However with its attention to Gain Orange might be a great Harmonica amp.
